Want Your Breath Fresh?



Everyone always wants the breath fresh all day, if not, you may lose confidence and even your friends will move away from you :D, here are some tips on eliminating bad breath:

  1. Clean the area in between your teeth, brushing your teeth, gums and tongue cleaning every day. Clean the area of your tongue to the rear as far as possible, because the bacterium is often a lot together. If not cleaned up the leftovers will cause bad breath and indirectly cause cavities.
  2. Tooth brushing and flossing do after you eat. If you do not have much time for cleaning teeth after eating then drinking water (rinse) and chewing sugar-free gum is a pretty good choice.
  3. Smoking and chewing tobacco can make your mouth becomes dry conditions and cause bad breath (breath is not fresh) and overall harmful to your general health. So if you want fresh breath as much as possible avoid smoking and chewing tobacco.
  4. Avoid foods cause bad breath, such as onions, because it is known that if a person consumes food like this, it can cause bad breath for 72 hours after the food was consumed. Once digested, the proteins present in these foods having circulation in the bloodstream are carried to the lungs and out through your breath.
